Data Strategy AnalystWe are looking for a Data Strategy Analyst, to be based in Zurich, on a temporary contract for 12 months.Data Strategy AnalystAbout the job:Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders across multiple investment teams and business units to gather requirements, identify gaps, and prioritize improvements.Assess the current data ecosystem, including architecture, systems, and integration patterns, to highlight fragmentation, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.Develop and present potential target-state architecture approaches, outlining both pragmatic short-term improvements and longer-term strategic solutions.Collaborate with central data and technology teams to ensure alignment with broader enterprise data principles and platform initiatives.Produce clear documentation, architecture diagrams, and structured proposals to support strategic decision-making by senior leadership.About the candidate:7+ years of experience in data strategy, data architecture, or enterprise analysis within asset management or financial services.Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, with the ability to synthesize complex technical and business information into clear insights.Solid understanding of data architecture, data integration, and operating models within complex or multi-entity organizations.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, able to interact effectively with both senior business leaders and technical teams.Familiarity with data models used in private markets or alternative investments is advantageous. jidcc23544pn jit0310pn jiy26pn
