Responsibilities

Co-design and implementation of QA workflows using statistical diagnostics, validation rules, and anomaly detection techniques
Application of AI/machine learning tools to identify inconsistencies, missing values, or suspicious patterns in large-scale asset datasets
Building reusable QA tools in Python or R that can be automated and scaled across internal pipelines
Collaboration with research teams, development team, and other stakeholders to optimize use of asset location data
Contribution to model documentation, reproducibility, and version control of data science assets

Requirements

Proficiency in Python or R including libraries such as pandas, numpy, scipy, scikit-learn, xgboost, lightgbm, pytest, great_expectations, pydantic or similar tools
Familiarity with SQL
Understanding of data quality dimensions including accuracy, completeness, consistency, uniqueness, timeliness
Knowledge of exploratory data analysis (EDA) techniques
Experience with automated testing of data pipelines, validation schemas, and data version control
Experience working with cloud computing environments such as Google Cloud, Azure, or AWS

Nice-to-have

Exposure to MLOps or reproducible science tools such as DVC, MLflow, Jupyter Notebooks
Experience with geospatial libraries
