Responsibilities

Support the Data Management Group (DMG) with Bank account confirmation and maintenance related activities
Handle other vendor master data changes
Communicate with vendor via email and phone
Update Master Data in SAP

Requirements

Detail orientation
Fluent English language knowledge
Min. intermediate German language knowledge
Strong user level MS Office skills (Excel /MS Outlook)
Flexibility
Analytical thinking
Ability to learn and adapt
Team player, communicates well
Ongoing studies at least until January 2027
Hungarian Scholarship is a MUST
Min 20-25 hours per week working availability
