Main responsibilities, tasks:

Design and implement scalable end‑to‑end data architectures that support the storage and processing of customer and machine‑generated data
Integrate customer data from multiple systems and ensure synchronization to create a consistent and unified customer profile
Ensure data security and regulatory compliance by establishing policies and guidelines that protect data integrity
Support analytics and AI initiatives by building data pipelines that enable machine learning workflows and predictive analytics
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions (e.g., business analysts, data scientists)

Required skills:

Proven experience with Salesforce architecture (including but not limited to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud)
Strong AWS architecture expertise (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, Redshift, API Gateway, and related services)
Experience in designing and implementing customer data platforms, including integration of third‑party systems, APIs, data lakes, and data warehouses
Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns, data modeling, and security best practices
Familiarity with AWS cloud services for data management, storage, processing, and analytics
Understanding of API design, microservices, and serverless architectures
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Hands‑on knowledge of customer data platforms (CDP), master data management (MDM), and data governance frameworks
