Responsibilities

Work in cross-functional agile teams alongside data scientists, machine learning engineers, product managers, and industry experts to innovate with clients and consulting teams
Develop new or enhance existing assets
Design and build robust, modular, scalable, and secure data pipelines for machine learning that are deployable, reproducible, and versioned
Prepare and manage data environments ensuring they meet the highest information security standards
Enable software capabilities for data engineers, data scientists, consulting teams, and external clients
Contribute to the development of core data frameworks and technical platforms that power advanced analytics engagements
Build and maintain technology assets that support high-stakes projects
Collaborate with world-class design, technical, and business talent
Experiment with the latest technologies and push the boundaries of innovation
Collaborate with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and industry experts to design and deliver cutting-edge data solutions
Enable advanced analytics and machine learning capabilities
Contribute to research and development projects and internal asset development

Requirements

Degree in relevant field, or equivalent experience
0+2 years of relevant work experience
Proven experience building data pipelines in production for advanced analytics use cases
Experience working across structured, semi-structured and unstructured data
Exposure to software engineering concepts and best practices, including DevOps, DataOps and MLOps (considered a plus)
Familiarity with distributed computing frameworks, cloud platforms, containerization, and analytics libraries
Excellent organization capabilities, including the ability to initiate tasks independently and see them through to completion
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and local office language(s), with the ability to adjust style to suit different perspectives and seniority levels
Proficient in rational decision making based on data, facts, and logical reasoning
Ability to create work product-focused materials/outputs, including PowerPoint decks, Excel models, articles, or other written deliverables
Exceptional time management to meet responsibilities in a complex and largely autonomous work environment
Ability to work or attend meetings outside of traditional business hours or take on projects with limited or no notice at times
Ability to travel to and work in varying environments that may be challenging and/or not accessible (e.g., factories, hospitals, mines)
