• Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Server hardware O&M, including event handling, change handling, script support, defect analysis, and troubleshooting

• Handle online faults, identify root causes, prevent problems from occurring, and ensure 24/7 service continuity.

• Computer and communication related education background, have the following one to two year work experience in IT position.
• Have a good command of basic Linux commands.
• Skillful script languages (shell, Python, and Go) are preferred.
• Familiar with server hardware knowledge and pass related skill certification.
• Have a basic command of the installation and maintenance of common systems and servers. Be able to install, commission, and troubleshoot faults independently.
• Be familiar with the X86 server architecture and understand the basic principles of network devices is preferred
• Full-time college degree or above
• At least two years' experience in server room O&M
• Network and Data center Management is preferred.
• Understand ITIL process is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office, working e-flow documents report.
• Good command of written and spoken Mandarin and English.
• Detail-minded, presentable, good communication skill and strong sense of responsibility;
• Cheerful, pleasant, flexible with a can-do attitude and punctual;
• Fast paced, flexible and proactive team player
• Public Cloud company experience is preferred
