DATA ARCHITECT - CONTRACTING (JF)

Location: Budapest, full remote

Salary: competitive

Type of employment: contracting

Enhance and maintain current framework of principles to ensure data integrity across the business (including but not limited to Source systems, BI platforms, Data warehouse, BigData platforms, external interfaces etc.)
Be a key stakeholder and advisor in all new strategic data initiatives and ensure alignment to the enterprise data strategy.
Facilitate and promote the design and development of high-quality data artifacts within the data architecture to meet current and future business data and information needs.
Assist in the design, development and implementation of enterprise information data flows and overall data management leading practices in a complex environment.
Checks and validates the implementation of the solutions, technical documentation and technical deliverables required for releasing in production.
Partner with Data Governance functions to ensure scope, validity, accuracy and completeness of any requirements related to data.
Researches and evaluates new technologies, development tools and alternative solutions. Recommends the most effective and cost-effective methods and tools for facilitating projects and systems development

3+ years of experience in designing and implementing database to retrieve and store company information
3+ years of experience in designing conceptual and logical data models and flowcharts
5+ years in IT, data analysis, data processing, data management
In-depth knowledge of industry standard techniques for data processing, data management, data delivery, data mining, data analysis;
Proven experience in architecting and implementing Data warehouse platforms, Business Intelligence solutions, Master data Management solutions, data integration and OLTP database solutions.
Deep knowledge of Kimball and Inmon approaches and the core differences
Strong knowledge of industry best practices around data architecture in both cloud based and on prem solutions.
Excellent problem solving and data modelling skills (logical, physical, sematic and integration models) including normalization, OLAP / OLTP principles
Strong understanding of Data Modeling concept;
General knowledge of the bank’s products and services/all banking products and services
