• You will be analyzing data and performing related tasks connected to UNIQA’s Operations performance, such as:
• Support setting up the operational dashboard (Claims and Customer Services) at UNIQA HU assisting the Head of Operation as primary stakeholders.
• Integrate existing reporting structures covering multiple data sources.
• Support in the whole (predictive) analytics to improve the operation.
• Participate in international Operational programs via the regional expert Community
• Specify and support data warehouse developments.

• University degree (preferably economics, IT) with min 3 years’ data analysis experience in: SQL programming language or use of self-service data visualization programs (Microsoft Power BI);
• Ability to turn numbers into valuable insights
• Persistent mindset and independent work style, coupled with accuracy and reliability.
• Proactive attitude, an appetite for problem solving using new ideas / solutions.
• Natural curiosity to learn and enhance your knowledge.
• Good command of English.
