Responsibilities

Improvement of repetitive processes
Organization, cleaning and analysis of data
Automation of processes
Experimentation with AI tools, chatbots and workflows
Troubleshooting and operational task support
Data verification and follow-up

Requirements

Availability to work at least 25 hours per week
Interest in AI, data and technology
Analytical mindset
Experience with Google Sheet or EXCEL
Experience with AI tools such as Gemini or Claude
Organizational skills
Reliability and attention to details
Comfortable communication in English, both written and spoken
Proactivity
Nice and easy-going personality

Nice-to-have

Previous work experience, internship experience or involvement in a student organization
Participation in project work at university
Experience creating presentations in PowerPoint or similar tools
Curiosity about learning SQL, Python or Google Apps Script
