Responsibilities

  • Improvement of repetitive processes using AI
  • Organization and checking of data used by the Operations team
  • Connecting everyday tools to reduce manual work
  • Experimentation with AI tools, chatbots and workflows
  • Troubleshooting and solving smaller operational tasks
  • Identification and proposal of process improvements

Requirements

  • Availability to work at least 25 hours per week
  • Interest in AI, data and technology
  • Analytical mindset
  • Experience with Google Sheets and data
  • Comfortable use of AI tools such as Gemini or Claude
  • Organized, reliable and detail-oriented
  • English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Proactive attitude
  • Nice and easy-going personality

Nice-to-have

  • Participation in university project work
  • Experience in organizing tasks and teamwork in university projects
  • Curiosity about learning SQL, Python or Google Apps Script
  • Previous work experience, internship experience or involvement in a student organization
