Czech or Slovak Speaking Treasury Associate

We established our service centre supporting Tesco's operation in the Central European region back in 2019. Our colleagues provide service for Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovakia in several fields: finance, people and payroll services, colleague and customer engagement, customer and product, enterprise analytics. Besides these, we have a modern Technology Hub developing software and applications used by millions of people - customers and colleagues - globally. • Work within the team to ensure TGAP, guidelines, Key Financial Controls, Sox, other relevant policies and processes are correctly implemented in the country of responsibility
• Meet business representatives to discuss issues
• Actively prepare the ad hoc analysis for the business and auditors
• Period closure activities
• Bank statements booking
• Incoming/Outgoing payments processing/validating
• Balance sheet reconciliation responsibility (supporting documentations, analysis etc.)
• Checking the accuracy and timeliness

• High school education
• Intermediate Czech or Slovak language knowledge
• Intermediate English language knowledge
• Financial accounting knowledge
• Analytical skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Willingness to relocate to Hungary
• 1-2 year of Treasury experience is a plus
