We established our service centre supporting Tesco's operation in the Central European region back in 2019. Our colleagues provide service for Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovakia in several fields: finance, people and payroll services, colleague and customer engagement, customer and product, enterprise analytics. Czech or Slovak speaking Invoice Matching Lead
The Role
- Implementing & maintaining Invoice Matching GFR process controls (QA, mistake proofing, etc.)
- Drive a CI culture by supporting & encouraging CI mindset within the team.
- Lead and deliver continuous improvement initiatives to improve delivery, efficiency, quality and save cost.
- Performing as SME for the vertical.
- Ensure SOP are updated as systems/processes are updated
- Build robust operations plans to challenge existing flaws and suggest process level changes/improvement
- Work with both internal and external auditors on KFC's and any other audit next steps
- Understand capability within team members and help develop end to end knowledge on various finance streams
- Conduct periodic governance around process, issues, controls with stakeholders
- Processing of all transactions and understands Business needs and in depth understanding of Tesco Invoice Matching processes
Your background
- University education
- Intermediate level Czech or Slovak knowledge
- Upper intermediate level English knowledge
- 3-4 years professional experience
- Time Management
- Numerical ability
- Advanced reporting skills
