The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our team within Project ViDA. In this role, you will play a key part in tracking and managing electronic data transmissions such as invoices and purchase orders between external vendor systems and Tesco's internal systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with agreed standards.
Please note this is a fixed - term position for 12 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve issues related to incorrect supplier setup
- Manage and troubleshoot Oracle access, including escalation when needed
- Maintain and manage approval hierarchies
- Create new positions, cost centre locations, and item categories in Oracle
- Ensure full compliance with audit requirements and internal regulations
- Handle high volumes of queries efficiently, meeting agreed KPIs and SLAs
- Perform data cleansing and maintenance tasks
- Act with integrity and follow the Business Code of Conduct at all times
Your background
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of financial processes and regulations
- Intermediate English knowledge
- Intermediate Czech or Slovak language knowledge
- Intermediate Hungarian knowledge
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Proactivity and agility
- Analytical skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
