Cyber Security Engineer

• Design and implement secure CI/CD workflows: Develop and maintain secure CI/CD workflows using industry best practices and standards. Ensure the security and integrity of the entire CI/CD pipeline, including code repositories, build systems, artifact repositories, and deployment mechanisms on MOL Group level

• Perform regular vulnerability assessments and penetration tests using SAST and DAST tools to identify potential security vulnerabilities in software systems

• Analyze vulnerability scan results, prioritize findings based on risk, and provide detailed reports to stakeholders

• Collaborate with development and operations teams to develop and implement remediation strategies and action plans

• Monitor and track remediation efforts to ensure timely resolution of identified vulnerabilities

• Cloud security: Identifying security risks, assessing potential threats, and developing plans for eliminating vulnerabilities

• Creating and updating policies and procedures to comply with industry/company regulations and cyber security best practices

• Responsible for cyber security engineering related tasks of groupwise cloud technologies

• Act as Cybersec Subject Matter Expert in cloud technology operations

• University/College degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field

• 3+ years of progressive experience in the information technology industry covering application security, cloud security

• Thorough understanding of security principles, practices and standards and how they translate into real world technical solutions; risk management basics

• Proven experience in vulnerability management, application security, and secure software development practices

• Strong understanding of CICD processes and experience integrating security tools into CI/CD pipelines.

• Proficiency in managing and administering SAST and DAST tools (e.g., Veracode, Checkmarx, Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, etc.).

• Solid knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python) and web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

• Familiarity with common security vulnerabilities, such as OWASP Top 10, and their remediation techniques.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, OSCP, GWAPT, or equivalent, are a plus.

• Ability to communicate complex technology concepts both at high level as well as on technical level
