Responsibilities

Responsible for customs classification (HS code) for EU inbound goods, maintain HS code database in the system
Regularly check and maintain the actual HS code database, in case of changes manage the E2E changing procedure
Checking the customs procedure documents in the system and submit for further approval
Follow up the customs processes used by suppliers/partners; propose procedures based on the business needs
Follow up and study the customs regulation and related policy changes (CBAM, F-Gas, EUDR) propose the new procedure for the company to ensure compliant operation
Support EMS partner customs business, implement new procedures and follow up the progress
Support EMS license applications and provide the related information
Control and analyze monthly payment amount and prepare material for approval
Operate export control procedures in daily business, prepare the necessary reports,
Support Logistics Team in daily operation (EU and NON EU deliveries) and Tax and Finance Team, prepare reports
Follow up customs clearance related KPIs
Actively take part of logistics processes, support transportation team

Requirements

1. Language requirements :

Good command of English and Hungarian in speaking, reading and writing, it will be better if can speak Chinese.

2. Skill requirement:

Have good communication and coordination skills
Have good learning ability, teamwork spirit and strong work initiative.

3. Experience and major requirement

Bachelor degree or above, economics, logistics, international trade、
Have at least 3-5 years customs operation experience at manufacturing company or forwarding company or customs broker
Open to work in multicultural environment
Have a good understanding of systems, MS Office package

4. Others:

Can work under pressure
Driving license
