Responsibilities

Buso Audio Hungary KFT is actively seeking a Customer Service Specialist for a full-time position, focusing on our specialized field of manufacturing and selling pro audio and studio furniture to industry experts and studio professionals.

Manage customer support inquiries through e-mail, chat, and phone calls, with a primary focus on pro audio and studio-related queries.
Coordinate shipments in collaboration with our freight partners.
Collaborate closely with the designer and production team to provide technical assistance tailored to pro audio and studio furniture requirements.
Provide updates and assistance to customers concerning shipping, assembly, and resolution of any concerns or complaints.
Identify recurring issues and proactively propose solutions to minimize customer support requests.

Requirements

Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Hungarian.
Outstanding communication skills. especially in addressing the complex needs of pro audio experts and studio professionals.
Ability to learn and adapt to our constantly developing company environment.
Strong and independent decision-making skills.

Nice-to-have

Pro audio recording, mixing, mastering experience, showcasing your in-depth understanding of the specific needs and preferences of our clients in the music industry.
