Responsibilities
Responding to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner, while accurately documenting these interactions
Troubleshooting and resolving technical and business operation issues within a broad and interesting domain
Escalating complex issues to higher level technical teams when necessary
Assisting in maintaining the customer service knowledge base to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available
Actively participating in ongoing training and certification programs to expand your technical knowledge and skills

Requirements
Affinity to a customer support role, with sound technical knowledge and skills
Previous customer support experience is an advantage
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with customer service software and tools, with a willingness to enhance your knowledge by adding further tools to your belt
Strong organisational and documentation skills
Flexibility to work on rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Previous customer support experience is an advantage
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
