Responsibilities
About the Position
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our growing Customer Success team.
Your mission is to ensure successful onboarding, operational adoption, and the long-term growth of our enterprise customers. You'll act as the voice of the customer internally and coordinate across departments to remove roadblocks and drive results. This is not a passive role. You are expected to actively manage the relationship, not just react when something breaks. Regular travel is required for customer visits.
You'll report to the Department Lead Customer Success and work closely with internal stakeholders in Technical Project Management, Key Account Management, and Customer Support.
What you'll do
- Primary relationship for assigned key accounts
- Regular customer cadence: check-ins, operational reviews, QBRs
- Preparation and execution of QBRs (value, roadmap, performance, risks)
- Proactive de-escalation and expectation management
- User enablement: trainings, demos, product updates, best practices
- Driving adoption and correct usage of FLEXECHARGE solutions
- Identifying growth and expansion opportunities in close coordination with the account management
- Representing the customer internally and aligning stakeholders
- Ensuring customer sentiment, risks, and opportunities are always visible
- Maintaining clear account documentation and action tracking and health monitoring
Requirements
What we're looking for
Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Sustainability, or related fields.
Experience:
- 2–4 years in Customer Success, Consulting, or Account Management.
- Proven ability to own relationships independently and align cross-functional teams.
- Experience in B2B software, energy systems, or EV charging is highly preferred.
Skills:
- Strong communication skills and confidence with enterprise stakeholders
- Structured, reliable, and persistent - you follow through
- Comfortable discussing technical topics at a conceptual level
- High learning speed and curiosity
Languages:
- Professional fluency in both English and German is required.
