Responsibilities
- Technical and product advice to clients by phone, email or via social networks
- Active knowledge of information and news about the entrusted product group
- Creation of special offers, creation of technical proposals and calculations
- Involvement in the creation of a business strategy
- Helping customers with the correct use of the online store
- Dealing with related administration (customer account management, complaints, guarantees)
- Cooperation with other departments within the company (purchasing, marketing, sales,...)
- Participation in negotiations with the customer
Requirements
- Technical field or equivalent or relevant professional experience
- Experience in the agricultural mechanization sector or related fields - an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, CRM systems
- Knowledge of online trading and digital technologies - an advantage
- Orientation towards solutions, efficiency and independence
- English language, B level minimum
