To strengthen our team in Winterthur, Switzerland, we are looking for a:Customer Service & Tender Specialist - 80% to 100% (f/m)Tasks & responsibilitiesDaily orders processing (distributors and hospitals) in ERPPreparation of the delivery notes and invoices to customersSupport to the sales team and distributorsManage process between logistics / warehouse and sales requestsControl products availability in stock according to the production planManage the consignment stocks with the logistics departmentSupport our Regulatory Affairs team during the registration processesAdministration of required documents for shipments to customers.Apply for documents from authorities, chamber of commerce, EmbassiesCustomer master data maintenance (ERP) in accordance with Sales ManagersUpdate and ensure customer master data (ERP) in accordance with Regulatory and Quality assuranceMonthly CFO statistics and update currencies (ERP)Customer master data maintenance CRMMarketing material inventory managementTenders tracking, management and documentation support in accordance with sales management.Education and required competenciesGraduated commercial education (min CFC), higher education preferred.More than 3 years of professional experience, mainly in office CSC and tender managementExcellent interpersonal skills, good communication skills, able to take initiatives.High degree of independence and flexibilityVery good knowledge of MS-Office products and modern ERP systemsLanguage skills: Fluent in English and German; excellent in French and/or other languagesAbility to efficiently manage multiple tasks and to define prioritiesAble to work with different cultures and mentalities around the world.
