Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Handling customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Independently managing operational tasks related to account maintenance
  • Managing and processing credit card requests
  • Reviewing and supporting customers in cases of credit denial



We are looking for proactive individuals who enjoy interacting with people and working with numbers. We also expect the following qualifications:

  • Commercial training or equivalent
  • Native Italian speaker or excellent spoken and written Italian
  • Excellent spoken and written French (mandatory)
  • Good knowledge of German and experience in customer service are considered a plus
