Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include
- Being a primary point of contact for customers and sales colleagues
- Responding to inquiries via phone and email
- Managing operational customer complaints
- Supporting order‑related processes with precision and efficiency
- Identifying opportunities to improve workflows and overall customer experience
- Meeting service-level targets while ensuring compliance and quality

Requirements

What We're Looking For
- Fluency in French and English
- Strong background in customer service within a corporate or fast‑paced environment
- Experience in a customer‑facing or order‑processing role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Confident MS Office user
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems (e.g., SFDC, SAP) is an advantage
