Responsibilities
Responsibilities - What will be your tasks?
- Processing orders correctly and on time and communicating with customers - phone, email
- Receiving various requests and providing information about products, receiving orders or complaints
- Entering orders into the system, issuing invoices, issuing approvals
- Communication with domestic customers
- Work in internal systems necessary for business
- Processes complaints - receiving complaints, processing complaints, issuing approvals, communication with the customer and production, processing complaints in the internal system
- Closely cooperates with other departments of the company
- Creates and analyses relevant reports based on superior request
- Performs other tasks upon request of the superior
Requirements

- knowledge of English language

- previous experience/knowledge with ophthalmic lenses and optical equipment
