Responsibilities

Process orders. Handle incoming requests from our B2B clients.
Manage the platform. Operate our internal B2B system.
Handle the paperwork. Issue sales documents and enter deliveries into the warehouse system.
Collaborate. Work closely with our sales team and warehouse to ensure top-tier service.
Support clients. Be the main point of contact for our retail partners via phone and email.

Requirements

1+ year of experience. You have worked in customer service, consumer services, or B2B sales before.
The basics. You know your way around standard accounting and warehouse documents.
Language skills. You speak and write clearly in native Hungarian and solid English (B2).
Sharp focus. You are accurate, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
Independence. You do not need someone looking over your shoulder to get things done.
Tech basics. Familiarity with ERP systems is a strong advantage.
