Responsibilities

Check all incoming orders on part numbers, price and conditions and enter it into the system / handle cancellation requests;
Handle and change of orders / material returns / samples orders;
Deal with SAP-exceptions and take pro-active steps to avoid unnecessary exceptions;
Monitor open orders (backlog) by customer and take actions to solve with Factories;
Handle stock reserves and safety stock / consignment stock;
Create credit and debit notes when it is needed;
Analyze and respond to customer requests related to service performance;
Establishes and maintains close working relationships with Product Management, manufacturer representatives, distributors, customers and field sales personnel of all levels to solicit comments on department effectiveness and implements corrective or improvement actions.
Responsible for all sample request for ESO including search for alternatives and procurement
Responsible for accurate and up-to-date inventory of sample stock
Regular communication with logistics partners for all type of shipment handling
Create and maintain monthly sample follow-up report

Requirements

You have degree in commercial discipline or equivalent education
Order processing and sales experience, preferably in an international environment
You have the ability to work independently, to prioritize projects, multitask and meet deadlines
You are a very open, proactive, communicative person
You have a highly customer focus attitude
Fluency in English is a must for this position (German is a plus)
You have SAP knowledge is an advantage

In order to better fulfill our European customers’ needs we are seeking for an Customer Service Representative + Sample coordinator in the EMEA Sales HQ in Veszprém.
