Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses via phone, email.
- Assist customers with order processing, product inquiries, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
- Maintain records from customer price information and update information in the ERP system.
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in customer service.
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Nice-to-have
fluency in German
