We are currently looking for a Customer Service & Logistics Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth order management, coordination between distributors, sales team and other internal departments, and excellent customer service. The position is to be filled as soon as possible, and the offer is for an unlimited contract. The place of work is in Bábolna, at the central office of KWS Magyarország Kft.
Your tasks:
- Manage the orders and the documentation in SAP S4/HANA, from order, to delivery and invoicing
- Monitor seed stock levels (by hybrid/variety) and ensure availability
- Plan and organize deliveries (with partner companies) to end customers
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Production, Finance, and Controlling teams
- Support farmers and partners by handling inquiries and resolving issues around deliveries and invoicing
- Collaborate with the Sales team during peak seasons to track demand and sales volumes
- Prepare weekly and seasonal reports on deliveries and sales performance
- Issue invoices and manage customer processes
- Participate in inventory audits
Candidate’s Profile:
- Proven experience in logistics and/or customer service; knowledge in the agricultural business is a plus
- Strong SAP S4/HANA and MS Office skills (with a good command of Excel)
- Knowledge of the agricultural/seed market is an advantage
- Fluency in Hungarian and English
- Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Well-organized, structured, and detail-oriented
- Flexible and able to manage workload during peak seasonal periods
- Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive and reliable attitude
- Team player with strong coordination skills
