Állás leírása

Responsibilities

  • Daily contact with customers (telephone, e-mail)
  • High level of customer service
  • Handling customer queries and complaints and helping to resolve them
  • Receiving/recording customer orders in the ERP system
  • Manage customer record systems through online interfaces
  • Every day contact with partner departments and production planning
  • Analysis and reporting
  • Management of NPI projects from customer service side
  • Preparing invoices in the ERP system

Requirements

  • High school diploma or higher education
  • At least 3 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing company
  • Communication skills in English, both written and spoken
  • MS Office skills
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively
  •  Systematic approach
