Állás leírása
Responsibilities
- Daily contact with customers (telephone, e-mail)
- High level of customer service
- Handling customer queries and complaints and helping to resolve them
- Receiving/recording customer orders in the ERP system
- Manage customer record systems through online interfaces
- Every day contact with partner departments and production planning
- Analysis and reporting
- Management of NPI projects from customer service side
- Preparing invoices in the ERP system
Requirements
- High school diploma or higher education
- At least 3 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing company
- Communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- MS Office skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Systematic approach
