Responsibilities

High level of customer service
Problem Solving
Sales Support
Analysis and reporting
Manage customer record systems through online interfaces
Every day contact with partner departments and production planning

Requirements

At least secondary level of qualification regarding to logistics
Computer skills (Excel)
Conversational English proficiency
Analytical thinking
Good communication skills
Good problem solving skills

Nice-to-have

BSC degree or equivalent experience of 5 years in automotive industry
SAP knowledge
Experience in customer service or supply chain coordination in automotive industrial backround
