We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key part in delivering an outstanding customer experience. As a brand ambassador, you will ensure that customer inquiries and issues are handled efficiently, professionally, and with care.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Communication
  • Manage customer inquiries via email and online channels in a professional and proactive manner
  • Provide support through social media platforms, WhatsApp, and live chat
  • Deliver accurate information about products and services
  • Provide occasional phone support during peak periods (not a daily responsibility)
Complaints & Returns Management
  • Identify and resolve customer complaints with a solution-oriented approach
  • Handle product returns in line with company policies
  • Ensure each interaction concludes positively and to the customer’s satisfaction
Technical Support
  • Provide basic technical assistance and resolve common issues
  • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams
Customer Administration
  • Create and update customer accounts in the CRM system
  • Monitor and track cases until resolution
  • Support campaign tracking and documentation
Internal Cooperation
  • Collaborate with other departments to share customer feedback and insights
  • Contribute to process improvements and service excellence
  • Participate in additional department-related tasks as required
Service Level
  • Achieve defined service and performance targets
Requirements
Professional Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service or a similar role
Language Skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English and German
  • Additional language skills (Dutch, Italian, or French) are an advantage
Technical Skills
  • Experience using CRM systems on a daily basis
  • Confident user of computer tools (MS Office, spreadsheets, order tracking systems)
  • Ability to maintain accurate and confidential customer records
  • Basic technical troubleshooting skills
