Task:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key part in delivering an outstanding customer experience. As a brand ambassador, you will ensure that customer inquiries and issues are handled efficiently, professionally, and with care.

- Manage customer inquiries via email and online channels in a professional and proactive manner
- Provide support through social media platforms, WhatsApp, and live chat
- Deliver accurate information about products and services
- Provide occasional phone support during peak periods (not a daily responsibility)
- Identify and resolve customer complaints with a solution-oriented approach
- Handle product returns in line with company policies
- Ensure each interaction concludes positively and to the customer’s satisfaction
- Provide basic technical assistance and resolve common issues
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams
- Create and update customer accounts in the CRM system
- Monitor and track cases until resolution
- Support campaign tracking and documentation
- Collaborate with other departments to share customer feedback and insights
- Contribute to process improvements and service excellence
- Participate in additional department-related tasks as required
- Achieve defined service and performance targets

Professional Experience
Professional Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service or a similar role
- Excellent written and spoken English and German
- Additional language skills (Dutch, Italian, or French) are an advantage
- Experience using CRM systems on a daily basis
- Confident user of computer tools (MS Office, spreadsheets, order tracking systems)
- Ability to maintain accurate and confidential customer records
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset
- Empathy and patience, especially in challenging situations
- Problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented approach
- Commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience
- Team player with strong collaboration skills
