Our company is further expanding by setting up a brand-new manufacturing site located in Nidau. In order to reinforce our Customer Service in Brügg, we are currently recruiting a professional for the temporary position as

(temporary contract until December 31st, 2026)
Job Description
Complete products returns process from creation through crediting and filing
Assist in verifying documents for archiving purpose
Sending shipping documents to customers
Generating or sending reports to required recipients
Process Marketing Material shipments
Assist with answering and forwarding incoming phone calls
Your profile
Completed administrative/commercial education (or similar)
Working experience within a Customer Service department, preferably within an international organization is preferred
Very good English skills - both spoken and written. French and/or German skills are preferred. Every other language is a plus
Proficient computer and MS Office skills
Stress resistant, reliable and flexible personality with very good communication skills
Open minded as well as service oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
Experience in Oracle Cloud Applications or Oracle ERP is a plus
