Task:

  • Complaint management
    • Analyze customer factory (0km) and field failures, determine root causes
    • Initiate and follow up on quality assurance/improvement actions with responsible departments
    • Prepare required reports and documentation (external and internal)
  • Customer Interface
    • Participate in customer as well as escalation meetings, lead Q meeting (Field, Q-risk)
    • Supporting customers during ZF visits
  • PPAP
    • Supervision of the initial sample inspection for the finished product 
  • Decision in case of 0km & Warranty invoices
  • Change Management
    • Process change requests incl. process changes for submission to customer with subsequent approval decision
  • Leadership 
    • 2-3 white collars & 4 blue collars (Product Audit technician)

Expectation:

  • BSC degree in engineering, quality or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in similar position in automotive or similar industry
  • Fluent in English
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Willing and flexible to accept new challenges
  • German language knowledge is an advantage
