Responsibilities

Take part of Flow Chart, FMEA, CP preparation
Understand customer driven processes and distribute information for the wider team (warranty/specific q. req)
Regular monitoring and communication of customer requirements issued on the customer portal
Take part of internal audits
Prepare / Support customer visits
Regular customer visit, improve customer satisfaction
Collect / distribute quality related KPIs
Control warranty trend and lead of warranty part analysis, communication with customer, report preparation
Lead of 0Km part analysis, communication with customer, 8D report preparation, LL
Participate gate review activity
Work together with quality coordinator team to improve the quality
Reviews the related manufacturing deliverables to ensure quality, safety and regulatory compliance are achieved
Customer representative – ensures that customer requirements are met:
participating in the selection of special characteristic,
participating in setting and reviewing quality objectives,
leading the corrective and preventive actions,
regular monitoring of customer scorecard,
regular monitoring and communication of customer requirements issued on the customer portal

Requirements

At least 1-2yrs experience on Quality area (Automotive Industry preferred)
BA / MSc on technical field requirements (mechanical or electrical engineer or technical manager field)
Plant Quality controlling Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly and directly communicate, both written and verbally
Ability to counsel, guide, and evaluate the work of others in a manner that motivates the achievement of company goals
Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
English knowledge is mandatory

Nice-to-have

2~3 years’ experience as a quality engineer appreciated
German would be great
