As a Customer Insight Executive, you will support the development of annual assortment and category standards across channels and categories, ensuring decisions are grounded in strong customer, shopper, and market insights. You will play a key role in evaluating SKU performance and creating selling story for new product introductions, helping shape customer-centric solutions that deliver topline and financial impact. The role requires curiosity, analytical strength, and the ability to translate insights into clear recommendations. You will also contribute to benchmarking activities and support the creation of innovative, forward-looking category solutions, all while living Coca-Cola Hellenic’s values and CSR principles.

  • Support the CVG Manager in co-leading annual assortment development with a focus on evaluating SKU performance and new NPI launches.
  • Build and maintain a PBS placement monitoring database using rotation, profitability, and IR-based insights.
  • Build PBS planograms to support in-store execution.
  • Design display standards considering portfolio guidelines, brand campaigns and new product launches.
  • Design cooler standards. 
  • Support end-to-end customer value growth projects, including analysis, preparation, and post-evaluation.
  • Place customer needs at the center of all tasks, ensuring that insights drive decisions and execution.
  • College/University degree in Economics, Management, Marketing or related fields.
  • Fluent Hungarian and good level of Business English (written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.
  • Effective collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • High learning agility and a proactive, curious mindset, ambition to grow.
  • A customer-centric mindset with an interest in value creation and category performance.
  • Ability to think creatively, suggest new ideas, and challenge existing approaches when needed.
  • Experience in FMCG, food, or automotive industries is an advantage.
