Responsibilities

  • Client feedback and experience optimization - Initiating the gathering of client feedback in order to use insights to implement strategic improvements across all points of customer experience. Monitoring customer satisfaction, analysing data, creating action plans.
  • Lead management & Business development - Developing and overseeing lead management strategy, generating new business opportunities. Working with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools to improve lead nurturing processes (sales funnel).
  • Product communication and market insight - Maintaining an overview of market trends and marketing activities to improve the customer experience and customer influx area. Using data analytics to evaluate campaign performance and gain insights to continuously improve campaigns.
  • Cross-team collaboration - Work closely with internal teams to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives and ensure a coherent strategy to lead generation.

Requirements

  • University degree in Marketing
  • Min. 5 years’ experience in marketing, both on company or agency side
  • MS Office 365 – Advanced
  • CRM (Customer Relationship Management) - Advanced
  • Fluent in Hungarian and English B2 (written and spoken), Slovakian (optional)
  • Driving licence B

Scania Hungária Kft. is currently looking for a Customer Experience and Communications Manager CER

As our CX Manager within the CER region (CZ, HU, SK) you are at the helm of enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction, with a particular emphasis on harnessing client feedback, refining the customer journey within our premises and workshops, and steering lead management strategies to carve out new business opportunities.
