Customer Data Analyst

Main tasks, responsibilities:

The main target of the warranty data analyst is to report the warranty status from all customer to the top management.

Main activities

Regular monitoring and download of supplier warranty data from the customer portals
Report of current warranty quality costs to the top-management
Create quality cost forecast based on given data
Analyze warranty data for outliers and irregularities and clarify those with the customer
Compare real versus planned key performance indicators, e.g. warranty costs, layer line diagrams, supplier cash-backs
Initiate and track counter measures in case of target deviations
Match data of parts under analysis from customer portal to internal claim and analysis (CAC) data

Competences

Full competences to perform the above defined tasks.

Skills

Advanced Excel skills, e.g. Pivot tables
Programming of scripts in Python is beneficial
Knowledge of following quality standards: IATF 16949, VDA Schadteilanalyse Feld, GS 95004
Language skills: English, German
