Responsibilities
Customer support and service
Accelerating the development of email marketing among customers
Coordinating and implementing customer and partner onboarding
Quality assurance
Preparing campaign results and creating evaluations, proactively deriving measures
Regular communication with partners, sub-teams, departments, and customers
Supporting the Customer Care Team in its day-to-day business
Acting as a general contact person for all questions relating to the Maileon solution and email marketing

Requirements
Degree in IT, marketing or comparable qualification
Experience as a customer success manager, ideally at a SaaS company
Enjoy talking on the phone while simultaneously entering data on the PC
Enjoy communicating – both with colleagues and with customers & partners
Very good written and spoken English skills (optional German)
Experience in using email marketing tools, e.g., Maileon or other tools (can be trained internally)
Experience with BPMs, AI and other tools around Online Marketing
Experience as a customer success manager, ideally at a SaaS company
Enjoy talking on the phone while simultaneously entering data on the PC
Enjoy communicating – both with colleagues and with customers & partners
