Állás leírása

Responsibilities

  • Assist our key account customers in all incoming enquiries (status requests, express, special order, invoicing matters, POD, claims, etc…)
  • Work hands in hands with our different Transport Teams (Collection Team, Planning Team, Chartering Team) to provide optimized transport solutions
  • Follow-up the shipments till delivery
  • Monitor the electronic statuses and reason codes through our SAP system
  • Chase the potential anomalies with our hubs and partners
  • Inform our clients pro-actively in case of non-conformity
  • Acknowledge and take active part in the investigation of the official claims
  • Verify and prepare the KPI reports and attend the Monthly Performance Calls
  • Summarize and report monthly the business trends to the Headquarter
  • Cooperate with our back-office Teams in case of any related matter (POD, invoicing, ADMIN)
  • Carry out the regular administrative tasks linked with the position(invoicing, track & trace)

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in International Transport
  • English: Advanced verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer focus and problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of Customs Operations and Hazardous ADR Rules is a plus
  • Organized, accurate and able to define priorities
  • Available and responsive even under situation of stress
  • Know-how in claim management is a plus
  • Team-spirit and exemplary behavior towards our clients and colleagues
  • Confident with MS Office tools
  • Familiarity with SAP is an advantage
