Responsibilities

Elicitation of business needs through stakeholder workshops
Creation of User Requirements Specifications (URS) and Functional Specifications (FS)
Development and maintenance of Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
Impact assessment of proposed system changes on validated state
Assistance in functional risk assessments (FMEA or similar)
Review of Validation Test Scripts (IQ/OQ/PQ)
Ensuring inclusion of data integrity controls in requirements
Drafting or updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and User Manuals
Management of technical change request process
Development and maintenance of Validation Master Plan (VMP)
Definition of validation scope using risk-based approach (GAMP 5)
Creation, review, and approval of core validation deliverables
Management of IQ, OQ, and PQ execution
Documentation and investigation of deviations
Acting as subject matter expert for ALCOA+ principles
Representation during internal audits and external regulatory inspections
Performance of technical audits of software vendors and SaaS providers
Review and approval of system changes to maintain validated status

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Science, or related field

Nice-to-have

Certifications like CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), Training in GAMP 5
