Your profile:
User Support & Enablement
- Act as the first point of contact for SAP C4C sales users and ensure high adoption levels.
- Manage user requests, incidents, and change tickets through to resolution.
- Deliver system demonstrations, training sessions, and user documentation.
- Maintain strong communication with sales and marketing teams to ensure needs are met.
System Improvement & Projects
- Participate in and occasionally lead CRM enhancement projects.
- Conduct testing and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Gather feedback from users and collaborate with IT to implement improvements.
- Support continuous development of CRM features that enhance sales performance.
Data Quality & Process Integrity
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across the C4C system.
- Support audits, data cleansing, and improvements to sales workflows.
- Drive compliance with data governance and protection standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, IT, and Customer Experience teams to ensure system alignment with business goals.
- Contribute to change management and adoption initiatives.
- Support the creation of trainings, guides, and user enablement materials.
Your profile:
- Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) or similar CRM systems.
- Understanding of sales processes, pipelines, and reporting.
- Experience with issue resolution, testing, and documentation.
- Knowledge of data governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage
