Állás leírása
Responsibilities
· Own the overall CRM, lifecycle, database, and loyalty strategy
· Lead the launch and day-to-day management of the loyalty program
· Grow and maintain a clean, accurate, compliant customer database
· Design and optimize lifecycle journeys (onboarding → retention → reactivation)
· Build quarterly/annual CRM and loyalty plans with clear KPIs
· Drive data capture, opt-ins, preferences, and enrichment
· Ensure deliverability, consent, and GDPR compliance across CRM channels
· Plan and execute CRM and loyalty campaigns and automations
· Track performance, report insights, and continuously optimize results
· Manage CRM tools and work with Marketing, Product, Data, IT, and Legal to activate customer data

Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree
· 3+ years in CRM, lifecycle, or database marketing
· Proven experience in building, managing and growing customer databases
· Hands-on with CRM tools, marketing automation and loyalty platforms
· Strong analytical mindset, experience in defining KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports
· Solid project and stakeholder management skills
· Fluent in English
· 3+ years in CRM, lifecycle, or database marketing
· Proven experience in building, managing and growing customer databases
· Hands-on with CRM tools, marketing automation and loyalty platforms
· Strong analytical mindset, experience in defining KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports
· Solid project and stakeholder management skills
· Fluent in English
