Állás leírása

Responsibilities

  • Key administratior for CTB system, ensure that CTB process works smoothly in the designated geographic region
  • Accurately validate uploaded customer invoices, verify data accuracy, highlight any possible errors, mistakes
  • Ensure seasonal deadlines are met – proactively communicate (via regular reports) to commercial team any gaps, missing inputs and follow-up on the delivery of those
  • Work closely with CRM specialist and external system provider in case of any system errors
  • Continuous improvement: propose possible system and process simplification in case needed
  • Keep close / regular contact with Area Sales Managers and promoters, actively participate in monthly regional meetings
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance and Commercial Effectiveness teams to integrate relevant inputs
  • Reporting: weekly and monthly reporting to ensure system hygiene and meeting deadlines
  • Ad hoc commercial effectiveness related tasks, reports (E.g. Salesforce, reporting to Customer Service, Marketing, etc.), participation in bigger customer events

Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a multinational-environment, preferably in business admin
  • Technical skills: basic level skills in Excel, SalesForce or other CRM experience is an advantage
  • High Data accuracy, ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Ability to analyse and understand data, report and present insights
  • At least basic English language skills
  • Comfortability around sales team, good communication skills verbally and in writing
