Responsibilities

Job Summary:

To manage and supervise the professional aspects of written, audio, and external communication for the company. In this role, you will safeguard corporate standards across the Sunrider Hungary network, fulfill local regulatory requirements, and continually enhance the efficiency of our communications. As a key player in supporting SME sales, you will heavily focus on executing high-performing social media campaigns, developing merchandise, and collaborating on sales-driven promotions across multiple regional markets (Hungary, Slovakia, and Poland).
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Manage and oversee the official Facebook pages for Hungary, Slovakia, and Poland.
  • Conceptualize, plan, execute, and evaluate paid advertising campaigns on the Hungarian Facebook page to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Develop the Slovak and Polish Facebook pages by driving follower growth and managing localized paid ad campaigns.
  • Always follow up on and implement the latest marketing and social media trends to keep the brand relevant.
  • Oversee the visual and content quality of the Slovak website and webshop, actively promoting its offerings to boost regional sales.
  • Keep the contents (banners, products, texts, etc.) of the Sunrider Hungary website up-to-date.

Content Creation & Collaboration

  • Collaborate directly with external content creators to brainstorm topics and develop engaging content strategies.
  • Localize and translate all Sunrider-relevant content, including brochures, event qualification descriptions, and social media content.
  • Prepare local company publications, such as SunSpot, SunWriter, product catalogues, price lists, and product fact sheets.
  • Prepare or adapt marketing and communication tools tailored for the company's specific needs.

Sales Support & Promotions

  • Actively contribute to ideating and planning promotions that drive measurable sales results.
  • Participate in planning promotions and creating communication assets (newsletters, social media posts, Terms & Conditions, etc.) regarding the given promotion.
  • Provide professional and technical advice in the approval of Distributor communication and marketing tools to ensure brand consistency.
  • Acquire knowledge of changes in the marketing compensation plan, policies, and practical tools to recommend the most suitable solutions for presentation efficiency.

Merchandise & Graphic Design

  • Develop branded merchandise by researching local manufacturing capacities to produce high-quality, attractive Sunrider promotional gifts.
  • Take ownership of the graphic design process for these new merchandise items.
  • Provide professional and technical support to the artistic presentation of the company, ensuring corporate policies and Hungarian regulations are met.

Corporate Communications & Administration

  • Manage and supervise that publications and marketing tools are always prepared and made available in time, in the required quality and quantity.
  • Communicate regularly with the Art & Communication Department of World Headquarters, other departments, affiliates, and Distributors to achieve company objectives.
  • Ensure all internal rules, policies, and legal requirements concerning the purchasing and preparation of marketing tools are met, including the proper administration of orders and payments.
  • Monitor and control expenditures to safeguard company assets.
  • Represent the company as requested at meetings and conventions.
  • Ensure smooth co-operation with other departments of Sunrider Hungary, generating reports as required by management.
  • Cover for team members during absences and provide help during peak periods as required.

 


 

 

Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience & Education:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, or a Creative/Art role, ideally supporting sales for an SME or within an international company.
  • Campaign Management: Demonstrated experience in planning, executing, and evaluating paid social media campaigns (specifically Meta/Facebook Ads).

Technical & Creative Skills:

  • Design Tools: Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or modern design platforms (e.g., Canva) for creating social media assets and designing merchandise.
  • Digital Platforms: Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager. Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce/webshop maintenance.
  • Copywriting: Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging, sales-driven copy for social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.

Language & Communication Skills:

  • Hungarian: Native-level proficiency (excellent grammar and stylistics for local content).
  • English: Fluent, both written and spoken (essential for communicating with the World Headquarters and translating corporate materials).

Soft Skills & Competencies:

  • Business Acumen: A sales-oriented mindset with a clear understanding of how creative content and social media promotions directly drive revenue.
  • Project Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, from brainstorming with external creators to sourcing merchandise manufacturers.
  • Proactivity & Independence: Ability to stay ahead of digital trends, propose new promotional ideas, and work independently while aligning with corporate guidelines.
  • Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate smoothly with local management, international departments, and external vendors.

Nice-to-have

  • Regional Languages: Knowledge of Slovak or Polish is a strong advantage (for managing regional Facebook pages and webshops).
