Creative Designer

We are seeking a Creative Designer who combines strong design capability with effective project management and problem-solving skills. The role requires ownership of design deliverables from brief to completion, managing multiple projects in parallel, and proactively addressing challenges to ensure high-quality, on-time outcomes that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.

• Deliver creative design assets across digital and print channels, ensuring alignment with brand and corporate identity guidelines
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, planning workloads, prioritising tasks, and meeting agreed timelines
  Take end-to-end ownership of assigned design deliverables, from understanding briefs through to final output
• Apply structured problem-solving skills to address design, workflow, or stakeholder challenges
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to clarify requirements, manage expectations, and resolve issues efficiently
• Maintain accurate documentation and asset management within content management or file storage systems
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement of design processes, tools, and ways of working

• A Creative Designer with 1–3 years of professional experience in a relevant design role
• Experienced in managing multiple tasks or projects within a fast-paced environment
• Confident in problem-solving and able to propose practical, well-considered solutions
• Comfortable taking ownership and accountability for deliverables and outcomes
• Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise work effectively
• A collaborative communicator who works constructively with diverse stakeholders
