What You'll Be Doing
- Manage the full lifecycle of invoices - from review and validation to payment
- Ensure accuracy of financial data, cost allocations, and records
- Perform account reconciliations, including vendor and ledger balances
- Support payment processes, cash allocation, and financial tracking
- Analyze and monitor costs and financial transactions, identifying discrepancies
- Investigate and resolve invoice and payment-related issues
- Prepare and contribute to regular financial reports and insights
- Work closely with vendors, internal teams, and business stakeholders
- Help improve processes and ensure efficient financial operations

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, accounting, or finance
- Degree in Finance, Economics, or similar (or equivalent experience)
- Confident English skills for daily communication
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Good understanding of financial processes and systems
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude
Nice to have:
- Experience in an SSC or international environment
- Any additional European language
- Exposure to cost control or financial analysis
