Responsibilities

Track, analyze, and report food & beverage (F&B) and overall operational costs
Audit purchasing, storage, and inventory processes from a cost-control perspective
Maintain up-to-date recipe costing and portion cost calculations
Prepare monthly cost reports and variance analyses, and share findings with relevant departments
Conduct supplier price comparisons and monitor contract compliance
Implement internal control procedures and support waste/loss prevention efforts
Work closely with the Director of Finance and department heads
Ensure reporting and process discipline in line with Marriott / The Luxury Collection brand standards

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Cost Control or Finance within the hotel/restaurant industry
Advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with hotel systems such as Opera, Micros, or Materials Control preferred
Strong analytical thinking and numerical accuracy
Advanced English; Hungarian language skills a plus
Detail-oriented, disciplined, and reliable work approach
