Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed expense plans for controller review
- Monitor monthly closings and business planning timelines
- Perform version control and ensure data consistency across reporting tools
- Track budget submissions and process cost center updates
- Coordinate intercompany and regional charges and prepare related reports
- Process manual journal entries, corrections, and accruals
- Create and submit customer invoices in SAP
- Maintain key financial data, including VAT updates and budget transfers
- Support metadata changes and liaise with technical teams on system-related issues
- Handle ad hoc requests and act as the primary contact for cost-related inquiries

Requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Solid understanding of financial planning, reporting, and data processes
- Strong English skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Detail-focused with strong time management abilities
- Prior experience in cost support or financial operations is preferred
