Állás leírása
Responsibilities
Validation and control of all invoices relating to operational costs of properties
Documentation of potential subtenant recharges relating to operational costs
Ensuring supported finance areas deliver against quality and performance targets
Ensuring property expenditure is reviewed and authorized correctly
Driving the PSC and Portfolio Administration Lease Finance Team to meet performance targets
Identification and escalation of quality issues and risks
Establishing and maintaining professional working relationships with clients, colleagues and management
Checking and approving reports delivered to clients
Lease finance query management
Approving and validating service charge and other cost reconciliations
Minimizing invoice approval and query resolution times in the P2P system
Regular reporting on property expenditures
Approving and validating tenant recharge calculations in line with legal documentation
Final approval on invoices for payment
Supporting debtor and creditor account reconciliations
Driving process implementation, documentation and improvement
Ensuring client requirements and Cushman & Wakefield quality procedures are followed
Collaboration with other departments (Data, AP, AR, Account Management)
Supporting and/or managing process-, technology-, service- and client transitioning projects
Ensuring approved processes and guidelines are kept up to date
Ad hoc reporting upon request
Preparing monthly and quarterly reports and KPI reports for multiple clients
Service coordination within the Client Finance Team
Supervising internal and external audits
Approving financial outputs provided to clients
Developing and maintaining the team's backup structure
Onboarding new team members, managing knowledge transfer and on the job training
Maintaining and developing direct reports' competence, motivation and engagement
People management of team members directly reporting to the employee
Accountability for the attrition level in the team

Requirements
BSC/MSC degree or relevant real estate operation experience in international environment
5 years relevant work experience preferably in shared services environment
Service coordination experience
1 year people management experience preferably in shared services environment
English language advanced
Excellent IT literacy
