Állás leírása

Responsibilities

Invoice review, authorization and cost control activities
Support for junior resource in cost control process stabilization and improvement
Identification of quality issues and risk escalation
Establishment and maintenance of professional working relationships with clients, colleagues and management
Service charge and cost reconciliations
Minimization of invoice volumes awaiting approval or query resolution times in P2P system
Liaising with suppliers, managing agents and third parties for legal documentation related to invoice queries
Regular reporting on property expenditures
Tenant recharge calculations in line with legal documentation
Validation of invoice header details, review, coding, authorization and final approval of invoices for payment
Investigation and resolution of invoice queries
Provision of advice and support to team members for output and procedure adherence
Preparation and calculation of finance amendments to creditor accounts
Ensuring client requirements and quality procedures compliance
Collaboration with other departments (Data, AP, AR, Estate/Account Management)
Support for maintenance of BAU process documents
Cost control query management
Support for team backup structure
Internal and external audit support
Ad hoc reporting
Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports and KPI reports
Support, coaching and development participation for analyst colleagues

Requirements

BSC/MSC degree or relevant real estate operation experience in international environment
Finance or economics degree advantage
Two years relevant work experience
Finance processing experience in international environment advantage
Upper intermediate English language skills
Strong IT literacy
Intermediate MS Office skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Excellent analytical skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Strong work ethic
Flexibility during times of change
Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in high-pressure environment
Proactive, enthusiastic and willingness to learn

Nice-to-have

Knowledge of any other European language
